I’m currently offering a series of low-cost, drop-in classes as part of The Gap She Shed’s program from Sunday 12 October 2025.
These will cover the basics of meditation and mindfulness drawing on Buddhist and Yoga teachings to support a deep connection to our mind, body and true nature.
Drop-in meditation sessions are a good opportunity to practice in a supportive environment. Sit quietly with others and rest your mind. Bookings are via The She Shed:
Testimonials
“Grateful for the invitation to your meditation session. Despite previous attempts, I struggle to fully disconnect but would like to continue with guided meditations. I felt deeply relaxed afterwards and even felt like I lost a lot of pent-up tension I carry in my neck and shoulders.” Hayley
“I was new to meditation when I joined Raynee’s class and I’m so glad I did. She made me feel at ease, every session is guided and I learned something new and different each time. I started to be able to use the techniques during the week. It’s honestly been a great way to learn the benefits of meditation.” Aimee
