Testimonials
“Grateful for the invitation to your meditation session. Despite previous attempts, I struggle to fully disconnect but would like to continue with guided meditations. I felt deeply relaxed afterwards and even felt like I lost a lot of pent-up tension I carry in my neck and shoulders.” Hayley
“I was new to meditation when I joined Raynee’s class and I’m so glad I did. She made me feel at ease, every session is guided and I learned something new and different each time. I started to be able to use the techniques during the week. It’s honestly been a great way to learn the benefits of meditation.” Aimee
